Installation Guidelines
For optimal performance and reliability, TouchBolt™ Assemblies require proper installation according to our specifications:

- Installation must be within 20 feet of the control module
- Touch-sense wiring must be run in a separate non-metallic conduit
- Through-wall penetrations must be run in PVC (non-metallic) conduit
- Touch lead cannot be run with power leads
- Stranded copper wire, 16 AWG, is recommended for the active touch sense
- Proper insulation must be maintained between the bolt and the surrounding conductive materials
