Corvinus Electric TouchBolt™ Switch Modules are all-electronic touch-activated switches that provide reliable operation in harsh environments where controls are subjected to severe mechanical abuse. TBM3000 (Momentary)
The TBM3000 provides momentary operation with reliable electronic activation, perfect for applications requiring precise control.
Operation
The main output drive activates on the initial touch and remains active as long as the touch is held. The output then deactivates when the touch is released.

TBM4000 (Maintained)
The TBM4000 provides maintained operation, ideal for lighting control and other applications requiring toggle functionality.

TBM-5-TERM (Dry Contact Control)
The TBM5-TERM dry contact control module provides on-off control of one circuit through a touch-sensitive input with relay isolation for maximum reliability.
Operation States

- Default State (power first applied): C-NC contact closed, C-NO contact open
- Activation: Touch-sense control activates the relay
- Release: Touch-sense control release initiates change to subsequent state
- Power Removal: Resets the relay to the default state

- Operational Life: 200,000 operations minimum under rated electrical load

- Maximum Distance: 8 feet between the controller and the stainless-steel bolt
- Terminal Compatibility: #16-22 AWG wire sizes

Installation Requirements

- Touch-sense must be run in a separate non-metallic conduit
- Through-wall penetrations must be run in PVC (non-metallic) conduit
- Touch lead cannot be run with power leads
- 24VAC or 24VDC power must be applied at all times for proper controller operation
- Connect 24VAC or 24VDC (-) to line neutral and 24VAC or 24VDC (+) to line hot
